 Infiniti the luxury performance automotive brand from Japan, will join the 8th edition of Autostyle International Design Competition promoted by Berman, a worldwide leading components company. Autostyle celebrates the state of art of the auto industry on October 6th and 7th , in the evocative setting of the Polirone museum in San Benedetto.
Significant production and concept cars will be exhibited in the wonderful scenario of Matilde di Canossa Square and Infiniti’s “Grace and Strengthful” design theme will be demonstrated by the Infiniti M35h, recently included in the Guinness World Record as the fastest full-hybrid car in the world.
Officially on sale in Europe from last Sept. 6th, the Infiniti M35h represents a unique market proposition and a new sector benchmark in power and efficiency. Visitors of Autostyle wil also have the chance to discover – inside the Polirone Museum, where multimedia corners from attending manufacturers are in display – the project Digital Art Competition by Infiniti in cooperation with arts online media designboom, aimed at researching new talents worldwide in the area of the digital arts expressions. This is the very first competition of the kind and participating artists are called to create works around the values of the Infiniti brand.

Infiniti today announced U.S. pricing for the 2012 Infiniti G Line, including the G25 Sedan, G37 Sedan, G37 Coupe, G37 Convertible and IPL G Coupe. The vehicles are on sale now at Infiniti retailers nationwide.
For 2012, the highly popular Infiniti G once again is offered in three body configurations – G Sedan, G Coupe and G Convertible, each powered by a proven 3.7-liter V6. In addition, the G Sedan is available with a 2.5-liter V6 (designated the G25 Sedan) and the G Coupe is available in the Infiniti Performance Line (IPL) equipped, higher horsepower IPL G Coupe. Infiniti’s M Hybrid has sped into the record books as the world’s fastest accelerating full hybrid. Driven by journalist Tim Pollard and overseen by Guinness World Records®, the 360-horsepower gas/electric sedan covered the standing quarter mile in 13.9031 seconds (average of all runs).
The test car, a standard production model, set the record on August 23, 2011 at the UK’s Santa Pod Raceway, home of the FIA European Drag Racing Championships. From a standing start, the Infiniti M Hybrid harnessed its combination of electric motor torque from 0 rpm and V6 power at high revs to impressive effect, the car passing the computerised timing equipment at the end of each run at speeds in excess of 100 mph.

 The world’s fastest accelerating hybrid, the reigning Formula One World Champion, his team-mate, and the demanding Nürburgring Nordschleife all come together to mark the start of European sales of the Infiniti M35h. Yes, it’s a race.

At the Frankfurt Motor Show, Infiniti today released a second sketch of its first electric luxury vehicle, which is set to launch in 2014. Befitting the brand's promise of Inspired Performance, the Infiniti EV will be a stylish, high performance five-seat luxury vehicle with zero emissions technology.

 The perfect high-performance Infiniti Crossover – designed by, and built for, Formula One World Champion Sebastian Vettel – will make its debut in concept form at the 64th International Motor Show in Frankfurt on Tuesday 13 September. The Red Bull Racing driver and Infiniti Global Brand Ambassador will unveil “his” car at 14.15 hours.
The first-ever Vettel-badged road car, the FX Sebastian Vettel version is the lightest, fastest and most aerodynamic FX yet, reflecting the World Champion’s desire for a 300km/h Crossover that he can drive on his home country’s derestricted Autobahn.
Based on the already fast and sporting V8-powered FX50S Premium, the FX Sebastian Vettel version features changes to engine, suspension and body, with key aerodynamic enhancements implemented with input from Red Bull Racing. The one-off model also gains an interior personalized to Sebastian Vettel’s taste, taking the brand hallmarks of exclusiveness and individuality to new heights.
 Twenty two years since first taking on the USA, and just on three years since arriving in Europe, Infiniti, the luxury performance brand from Japan, attends its first Frankfurt Motor Show at the start of a new six-year growth plan that will see sales rise to take 10 per cent of global luxury market sectors by 2016.
